About Amardeep Singh

With almost 40 years of hands-on experience in the Indian wire and cable manufacturing industry, Amardeep Singh has worked across the entire lifecycle of government business — from manufacturing and regulatory approvals to tendering, inspection, order execution, and payment realization.

He started with his own manufacturing unit and later successfully moved to consulting, specializing in government contracts. He has helped fulfil numerous State and Central Government contracts. He understands the industry from a technical, financial, operational, regulatory, compliance and materials perspective.

Amardeep's mission is to help manufacturers navigate the complexities of Government supply. Starting from approvals and licensing, tender participation, pricing and commercial strategy, manufacturing operations, inspections, compliance, order execution, and payment processes. He has also built strong working relationships across the ecosystem — including manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, licensing authorities, government officers, brokers, clerks, and other stakeholders involved in getting government orders executed.

He believes in helping his clients build in-house Government/D2G capabilities and navigate the complexities of government procurement. His experience comes from having personally operated within this ecosystem for decades, giving manufacturers practical guidance that goes well beyond simply identifying or submitting a tender.
